They have been very helpful in the production of this book and they have a wide variety of exhibits covering this and many other eras. You might enjoy exploring Maritime Heritage East web site; you can use it to help plan visits to the various museums themselves.

2. Clicking on Navy History Net will take you to the First World War section of this excellent and comprehensive site. In it you'll find scanned copies of the maps from the official printed history of the events of the war published just a few years after the war had ended. Clicking on these maps enables you to view them at full size.
